Dangerous Corner

A Play in Three Acts by J.B. Priestley

Produced by Dorothy Snowball

Cast
Freda Caplan Mary Davies
Miss Mockridge Marjorie Vandervord
Betty Whitehouse Anne Graham
Olwen Peel Binkie Holmes
Charles Stanton Malcolm Fursden
Gordon Whitehouse Jan Skilton
Robert Caplan Percy Hodgson
The scene is the Drawing Room of the Caplans' house at Chantbury Close. The time - the present (after dinner). The action of the play is continuous.

In her first play in the role of producer, Dorothy Snowball clearly showed considerable flair. The review, left, says it all, so there is little point in me repeating it.

The Players appear to have boundless energy at this time as, according to the programme, hot on the heels of this production would be a One Act Play, "The Challenge" performed the very next week, and yet another, "Love Comes To Littleton", three weeks after that. We have no information about the former, but I note that  both Binkie Holmes and Anne Graham appear in the second. No rest for the wicked eh?
